Sincere Food" was established in the year 1998. At first, her major business was in food services, supplying oriental dim sum and frozen process seafood to leading hotels and restaurants in Singapore.
Over time the company was supported by advice from local and expatriate chefs in the leading hotels concerning high food quality and safety. Soon after, in order to adapt to new food safety technology, she began her own R & D for frozen food process and dim sum products to cater to the needs of the 21st century culinary industries.
Following the trend of economic growth and the expansion of her food products to other parts of the world, "Sincere Food* participated in the FHA 2004 and her products were well received and proven to be successful. The company was recognized by a number of overseas visitors who since then have become our present associate business partners. Subsequently, other food trade show and recommendations from her assistant partner have brought "Sincere Food" greater global recognition in the international market.
"Sincere Food" and her subsidiary "Sincere Culinary Development" have been certified with SAC, HACCP to ensure food safety, good hygiene practice and excellent food quality. She was also certified HACCP in cold store storage.
In the production of our food products, a 15°C low temperature is maintained to ensure food production safety and freshness of our products to be delivered to our buyers. It also ensures that our consumers enjoy healthy eating at a high safety level.
